This leadership course, designed for existing and aspiring leaders in the ECE sector to develop as a leader, build a cohesive team, develop effective communication, engage with productive conflict and build a problem-solving culture.

Join other recently appointed DPs and APs from Secondary schools around New Zealand. Learn best practice from experienced Principals, DPs / APs and the expertise and experience of others. This course is for four days during term two. Register now as spaces are limited.
